
Our Elders

Ivo Dominguez Jr.
Ivo has been active in Wiccan and the Pagan community since 1978. Ivo is a founding member and former High Priest of Keepers of the Holly Chalice, the first Assembly of the Sacred Wheel coven. He currently serves as one of the Elders of the 15 ASW covens.
Ivo has been published in numerous periodicals and is the author of The Four Elements of the Wise; Keys to Perception: A Practical Guide to Psychic Development; Practical Astrology for Witches and Pagans; Casting Sacred Space; and Spirit Speak, among other works. He is the anchor author for the new twelve book Witch’s Sun Sign Series.

In his mundane life, he has been a computer programmer, the executive director of an AIDS/HIV service organization, a bookstore owner, and many other things. He is queer, poly, and lives in the woods of Southern Delaware with his family of choice.

Michael has been practicing Wicca, Magick, and various esoteric disciplines since 1989. He has been active in the pagan community since 1993 when he became a member of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel. He is an Elder of the ASW and formally served as High Priest of Coven of the Rowan Star and currently serves as High Priest of Bearers of the Earth Flame, covens in that Tradition. He is also heavily involved with the Tradition's New Alexandrian Library.

He is a Priest of both Horus and Bast, and works extensively with the Egyptian deities in his personal practices where he uses a syncretic array of esoteric disciplines from Wicca and the Western magickal and shamanic traditions, and is inspired and sustained by his studies of Astrology, Qabalah, Ritual, and Natural Magick.
He was trained as a Water Pourer by Shiverah Stonewater, and since 1995 has led sweat lodge ceremonies at Seelie Court and various pagan events, and is finishing a book on the sweat lodge ceremony from a pagan perspective. He is currently dividing his time between Ancient Egyptian Studies and balancing the Magick, Religion, and Spirituality of Wicca.
He has a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of Delaware. He is also a member of the American Academy of Religions and its Contemporary Pagan Studies Group.

He sits on the Board of several different contemporary pagan/magickal community organizations because of the importance of the work they do and how they express the future of our diverse heritage.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Sacred Space Conference, one of the last remaining hotel-based conferences in the Mid-Atlantic region serving to provide a stage for the interaction and sharing of the rich variety of traditions, beliefs, paths and organizations. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Cherry Hill Seminary, an organization that is taking an important step in providing distance education for professional Pagan Ministry.

He has taught, poured sweat lodges, and performed rituals at a variety of events, including Between The Worlds, Sacred Space, Free Spirit Gathering, Pantheon, TempleFest, and numerous ASW, coven, and personal events.

He lives in southern Delaware where he works, loves, and teaches, and is one of the stewards of Seelie Court, 102 acres of pagan-owned land dedicated to the growth and evolution of the pagan paths.


ROBIN FENNELLY
Robin is an Elder within The Assembly of the Sacred Wheel Tradition and serves as High Priestess of Coven of the Mystic Path, the 12th Coven within the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel Tradition. She teaches and facilitates classes for the Pagan Experience Study Group that serves as foundation for membership within Coven of the Mystic Path. Her spiritual journey spans four decades and is strongly rooted in both Eastern philosophy and the Western Magickal systems from which she has formed a core foundation that is diverse in knowledge and rich in spiritual practice
Having studied and deeply engaged in magickal and diverse spiritual pursuits as a young child, Robin formally came to the Wiccan path in 1994. Following a practice as a solitary for 2 years, she dedicated to Oak and Willow Coven of The Assembly of the Sacred Wheel Tradition in November of 1996. She received her 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th (Elder) degrees within the Assembly Tradition and has served as High Priestess of two ASW covens since Samhain of 2001 and the Winter Solstice of 2015.

Robin has been active in the pagan community for more than 25 years teaching, writing, leading ritual and maintaining a rigorous teaching schedule. As a teacher of esoteric and magickal studies she uses Energetic Anatomy, Hermetic Qabalah, Eastern Philosophy, Tarot, Astrology, the Limbs of Yoga and Numerology as the foundations of her diverse selection of workshops and writings. She has taught extensively throughout the Pagan community, including Sacred Space Conferences, Spring Magick, Free Spirit Gathering, Pagan Pride Events, Between the Worlds Interfaith Conferences, and more.

​Of note, she has been a presenter for Sacred Space Conference and Between the Worlds Interfaith conferences since 2012 and has enjoyed meeting and learning in reciprocity with those attendees from our larger community. Exploration of varied energetic protocol and practical application of Qabalistic teachings has been the focus of her work and the information gained through direct experience and teaching informs all of her magickal and spiritual work.

Robin’s writings have been featured online, and in print internationally. She is a prolific writer, has authored several books incorporating her unique style of writing making use of poetry, prose and pathworking to enhance the concepts presented, and maintains a diverse selection of blogs, audio recordings, online courses and book reviews.
James C. Welch
James is an Elder and serves as High Priest of Troupe of the Starry Door, a coven of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel. He is one of the founding members of the ASW and has been active in the Wiccan/Pagan/Witchcraft community since 1981. He was the chair of the committee that wrote the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel's code of ethics.
He is a Water pourer trained by Shevierah Stonewater and conducts Sweat ceremonies using Wiccan protocols. Jim practices a variety of forms of healing touch and healing ritual and is certified in Holistic Nursing.
Jim is one of the stewards of Seelie Court, 102 acres of wooded land in Southern Delaware that is also the home of the New Alexandrian Library.
